In late 1998 we had the opportunity to have a very old set of side curtains sent to us to duplicate. Based on pattern makers marks, we determined these side curtains were made by Aro Mfg. sometime in the late '50's early '60's. Originally had a zippered slit. We went back into all of our obsolete Jeepster patterns & found the original hard board side curtain patterns which had been made in the mid '50's.

We have faithfully recreated the hardboard patterns & are proud to re-introduce the more correct original style Drivers side curtain with the flap. Jeepster owners who want the more traditional appearance should order the set with the Drivers door side curtain & flap.

Available with or without the side flap on the Drivers door. Snaps for all 4 side curtains included ( not mounted).

ARO has made Jeepster side curtains since the mid 1950's - here is an original ARO hardboard pattern for 17" side curtain with date notation "1956". This pattern is the Drivers side with flap opening non-zippered for hand signals/tolls.

1949-50 - original front irons were 19". 1950-51 original front irons were 17". Do not order side curtains by year - MEASURE YOUR IRONS. We make these to order as matching sets. Once made we do not take incorrect front curtains back.

There are companies reproducing these irons. ARO produced side curtain covers for some of these companies, but after 1998 we no longer produced side curtain covers for other companies irons. Our patterns work with our tops and factory side irons only
