Utilizing a large digitizer table & patterning software, we can convert your hard patterns to digital files. Once these patterns are digitized, production markers can be created for use on your machine or ours. You can be assured of continuous quality & precision. Given the parameters of your typical material usage, & the cutting table being used, we can create markers to suit your needs. We can also print out your marker on 5X pattern paper stock for those wishing to make old style perforated patterns for stack cutting. Rates quoted upon receipt of patterns.
We can cut a wide variety or materials - canvas, carpet, cloth, vinyl, etc . Should you wish to have us cut for you, we can create markers to cut up to 366" in length & up to 72" in width. Material utilization of between 80 - 85% ( depending upon the patterns) is possible, reducing waste. Rates quoted upon receipt of patterns.
