Terms of Sale

We recognize that occasionally extraordinary situations arise. This warranty / return policy is extended to cover the majority of transactions. All claims will be handled on an individual basis.  

• Warranty for our products is one year from date of purchase.  

•  All items to be examined immediately upon receipt for defects, damages, missing items. Claims for damages caused by transit are to be filed with the freight company. No claims for missing or damaged items after TWO (2) days of receipt.

• All products sold by our company are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship. All items to be carefully examined immediately upon receipt for defects. No claims for visible defects once installation has been started.  

•  Damage resulting from storage, incorrect installation, shipping, incorrect cleaning materials, improper cleaning methods or atmospheric conditions is the responsibility of the installer and or buyer. We recommend that any item not being installed within 30 days of delivery be unpacked, unfolded and stored safely in a cool, dry place.

• All items are made to order & may not be returned unless defective. Please notify us by fax, email or letter, stating reasons for return. If the claim is for improper fit, the original item being replaced must be sent to us with the returned item. NO CLAIMS FOR FIT WITHOUT THE OLD ITEM FOR COMPARISON. We gladly correct our mistakes. Alterations, additions or changes to our patterns at material cost only. We are responsible for our product only, not for installation, removal or freight charges. 

• All claims to be handled at point of purchase – mail order outlet, distributor, installation center. All claims must be accompanied by original invoice showing date of receipt & date of installation.  

• Adjustments are prorated from the purchase date, based on the estimated normal product service life.  

Limited Warranties & Return Policy

• The item must be repacked as it was shipped in its original container  and windows free of scratches.
• No credit on any item returned dirty, damaged or incomplete  
• No credit or claims allowed on any item altered beyond normal installation requirements including , but not limited to, zipper removal/modification, window film tint, re dyeing of any product, etc. WARRANTY WILL BE VOIDED ON ANY PRODUCT MODIFIED OR USED IN A MANNER OTHER THAN INTENDED.
• Returned items require an RGA # to be marked clearly on the outside of the box. Items without an RGA # will be refused. All returned items must be returned freight prepaid and must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items sent freight collect or COD will be refused. We will not be responsible for any item returned without prior authorization.
• Product must be returned within 30 days of original shipment. Minimum 25% restocking charges apply, depending upon the material & pattern.
• Special order items, such as custom binding, made to customer request , special material or colors are not returnable.
• No warranty is offered or implied on plastic windows or zippers.

The sellers liability for breach of the above warranty is limited to refunding the purchase price of the merchandise, or at the seller's option, to repair or replacement upon its return. Under no circumstances shall the seller be responsible for any other form of consequential damage including labor (installation / removal costs), application costs, damage to associated products, or loss of profit due the use or inability to use or install the products supplied. No claim for any breach of warranty herein shall be valid unless delivered only in writing to the company within thirty (30) days after the date of delivery of the above mentioned shipment.
